My style can be described as warm, authentic, and active. I am committed to meeting you wherever you are on your journey with compassion, a desire to understand your concerns, so as to bring clarity, and provide you with practical and effective skills to suffer less and live more. While I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, the relationship we build is the ultimate instrument of healing.

Qualifications
I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member in good standing with the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists.
I have a Psychology degree from McMaster University, and several additional certificates including Vocational Rehabilitation, Conflict Management. I am PGAP (Progressive Goal Attainment Program) certified, and am a CMHA certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor.
I am an avid learner, always reading and attending lectures, workshops and conferences related to the field of psychotherapy. I have extensive experience in a variety of clinical, community and corporate settings including chronic pain clinics, hospice and workplace disability management.
